CONTROL key location on 400, 800, and 1200XL

The CONTROL key (marked CTRL on the 400
and 800) is one not found on a typewriter. Like
the
SHIFT keys, the CONTROL key enables each
key
to perform an additional function-that
key's particular control function.
Also, like the SHIFT key. the CONTROL key by
itself does absolutely nothing . But when you
combine it with other keys, many different
things happen.
