Why can't I control the audio on my ATEN Switch?
If you cannot control or adjust the audio on your ATEN Switch, first ensure that the video, audio, and RS-232 signals are switched to the same channel. If they are on different channels, switch them to the same one to enable volume adjustment. Alternatively, manually adjust the audio directly on the connected audio devices, such as your amplifier.
