Troubleshooting
Problem Probable causes Solution
Feeder does not power on
No buzz sound when switched ON
Feeder is unplugged Carefully plug the AC adaptor into
the feeder and turn the power
switch back ON
Issue with Power Switch, Motor or
PCB
Send feeder to be analyzed by
manufacturer.
Several screws have fallen into the
feeder due to failure to properly
adjust the feeder.
Stop the feeder; carefully remove
the screws that had fallen into the
feeder. Follow the instruction man-
ual.
Roller Stopped Problem with the Motor Send feeder to be analyzed by
manufacturer.
An unwelcome object is stuck in
the roller / Stripped Gears
Stop the feeder, remove unwel-
come object Send feeder to be ana-
lyzed by Manufacturer
Feeder is not feeding screws Screws are not falling into the rail
due to failure to properly adjust the
feeder.
Stop the feeder and follow the in-
struction manual to properly adjust
the rail.
Screw has fallen into the rail in ab-
normal position and the brush has
not been able to sweep the screw.
Stop the feeder and remove screw
Follow the instruction manual to
readjust the brush if needed.
Screw is caught at the holding
plate.
Stop the feeder and follow the in-
struction manual to properly adjust
the height of the holding plate
Dirty rail Stop the feeder, remove rail and
clean it.
Intensity of the vibration not strong
enough
Stop the feeder and follow the in-
structions to adjust the intensity of
the vibration
Feeder is not vibrating at all Send feeder to be analyzed by
manufacturer.
Screws are not reaching the pick up
point.
Screws fail to reach the pick up
point due to failure to properly ad-
just the feeder.
Stop the feeder and follow the in-
struction manual to properly adjust
it.
Bit is unable to pick up screw at
pick up point.
Bit guide is not properly adjusted. Stop the feeder and follow the in-
struction manual to properly adjust
the bit guide.
Screws are falling into the machine. Top gate and Side gate are open. Stop the feeder, remove the screws
that fell into the feeder and use the
Allen key from the Rail adjustment
kit to close the Top and Side gate
as indicated in the instruction man-
ual.
