REQUIREMENTS & TROUBLESHOOTING
SMARTPHONE REQUIREMENTS
- VR Headset is designed for 4 to 6.2 inch smartphones.
- Gyroscope is required to fully enjoy the VR experience.
- VR experience is optimized if your smartphone’s screen is full HD resolution
(1920x1080) or higher.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Can’t See Clearly
Images skipping in VR apps
- Your smartphone processor might not be strong enough or memory might
be full, restart the smartphone.
- Download a lighter VR app, or use a smartphone with stronger processor.
No glasses icon on Youtube when playing a VR 360 video
- Make sure your smartphone has a gyroscope.
- Make sure you have the standard YouTube version (not all versions support
it).
- Make sure your YouTube app is up to date.
- Restart your smartphone.
YouTube VR video resolution is low
- Click the gear icon and choose higher resolution.
- Switch to a faster network connection to support the higher resolution.
Can’t control my game
- Look at page 3 under Step 5.
- Look at page 5 under “1. Foam Square Pads”.
-�Make sure the headset lenses and smartphone surface are clean.
- Run a VR app and make sure the image on the smartphone is split in two.
- Make sure that the split line is exactly in the middle of the holder when
inserting.
- Make sure to adjust the lenses with the adjustment buttons to fit your
vision.
- If you wear glasses, try using the headset with and without them.
If all the above doesn’t help try to use a different phone with a bigger screen.
