The camera function requires LightBurn to control the ATOMSTACK, please download the ocial version of the LightBurn software.
LightBurn is third-pay software, so the ATOMSTACK seice is not responsible for any loss caused by the operation of LightBurn,
ATOMSTACK's rmware has been tested in detail by ATOMSTACK, and incompatibility with software or hardware may still occur. If an error
occurs due to incompatibility, you can contact our customer seice depament for technical suppo.suppo@atomstack.com
1. Cardboard and dot cards need to be at;
2. The honeycomb panel can not be used during the calibration process, if there is a honeycomb panel, the honeycomb panel needs to be
covered with white paper, otherwise the accuracy result will be aected;
3. You need to use genuine Lightburn, and non-genuine ones will have camera incompatibility problems;
4. If you use the camera positioning function, you need to use absolute coordinates so that lightburn can accurately position the work, if
you are using older Trocen controllers, they do not allow this mode to be set from the software, so you will have to change the working
mode via the controller menu.
5. It is recommended to clean the camera lens at an inteal of 7 days to avoid the loss of camera clarity caused by long-term non-cleaning;
6. If the X-axis guide rail is found to be oily, it is recommended to clean it to avoid unsmooth X-axis movement;
