Why is my Atosa ATTG Griddle producing yellow flame and black smoke?
    • A
      Amanda DanielAug 12, 2025
If your Atosa Griddle is producing a yellow flame and black smoke, it could be due to several reasons. It might be because you are using the last of the gas in the tank, in which case, change the gas. Also, the nozzle diameter might not match the gas resources; try adjusting the nozzle diameter. Another potential cause is insufficient air for ignition, so increase the damper opening. Finally, if it's during peak gas usage, the gas sources might be heavy; try turning down the valve flow and increasing it after the peak.

How to fix Atosa ATTG that is not lighting?
    • M
Ms. Brianna Jackson MDAug 19, 2025
If your Atosa Griddle is not lighting, it could be due to insufficient gas pressure in the pipe. In this case, contact the local gas supply department. Alternatively, the nozzle might be occluded; try dredging the nozzle.

What to do if Atosa Griddle ignites pilot light but not main fire?
    • M
      Mr. Joseph Harris Jr.Aug 27, 2025
If the pilot light ignites but the main fire doesn't on your Atosa Griddle, several factors could be at play. Insufficient gas pressure might be the cause, so contact your local gas supplier. The main fire nozzle might be occluded, requiring you to dredge the nozzle. Faulty gas control valves could also be the issue, necessitating their replacement. The distance between the pilot light and the main fire might be too great; adjust their separation. Lastly, if the flame is too low, adjust the height of the pilot light.

Why do I hear a sound of fire when I close gas on my Atosa ATTG Griddle?
    • G
      gomezronaldSep 2, 2025
If you hear a sound of fire after closing the gas on your Atosa Griddle, it could be due to a few reasons. Insufficient gas pressure in the pipe might be the cause, so contact the local gas supply department. Another reason could be a mismatch between the nozzle aperture and gas resources; try adjusting the nozzle diameter. Also, the flow of the connection pipe might not be sufficient; increase the pipe’s allowable flow.
