Why is my Atosa ATTG Griddle producing yellow flame and black smoke?

  If your Atosa Griddle is producing a yellow flame and black smoke, it could be due to several reasons. It might be because you are using the last of the gas in the tank, in which case, change the gas. Also, the nozzle diameter might not match the gas resources; try adjusting the nozzle diameter. Another potential cause is insufficient air for ignition, so increase the damper opening. Finally, if it's during peak gas usage, the gas sources might be heavy; try turning down the valve flow and increasing it after the peak.

How to fix Atosa ATTG that is not lighting?

  If your Atosa Griddle is not lighting, it could be due to insufficient gas pressure in the pipe. In this case, contact the local gas supply department. Alternatively, the nozzle might be occluded; try dredging the nozzle.
