How to fix Power LED OFF (AC) on ATX TranScend?

If the AC power LED on your ATX Chassis is off, first ensure that the power cable is properly plugged in and the power switch is in the ON position. Then, verify that the AC outlet is functional and check the fuse on the AC feed; replace the fuse if needed. Finally, check for other signs of activity, such as a running fan or an active LCD display.
