Procedure
WARNING: The cable color codes on for Gaggia Classic made in different year are not the
same. Please verify the cables on your particular machine by its connections before
proceeding.
A. Preparation for installation.
1) Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet. Remove the water tank, portafilter, and
drip tray.
2) Remove the screws from the top of machine as indicated by red arrows below. Then,
remove the conveyor funnel and the top cover.

3) Identify the critical parts and location.
