Solution
Please charge the MS625
Confirm the MS625 is in pairing status and
within 10 meters from the device.
Intermittent sound
quality in Bluetooth
mode
Disable other Bluetooth devices in the
area and/or switch off WiFi on your source
device.
No Sound
Check the volume on both source device
and MS625

Turn off both speakers and the Bluetooth on
the source devices. Turn on the secondary
speaker first then turn on the main speaker.

cannot pair to the

Disable other source devices then select the
'MS625' from Bluetooth list on the wanted
device.
Press and hold the multi-function switch on
the main speaker to enter pairing mode.
