The AUKEY PB-Y22 is a 10000mAh Universal Power Bank designed for efficient and versatile charging of various devices. It incorporates advanced charging technologies, including USB Power Delivery 2.0, Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 3.0, and AiPower, making it compatible with a wide range of smartphones, tablets, and even some laptops.
Function Description:
The primary function of the AUKEY PB-Y22 is to provide portable power for electronic devices. It acts as an external battery, allowing users to charge their devices on the go without needing a wall outlet. The power bank features multiple input and output ports to accommodate different charging cables and device types. It supports fast charging for compatible devices through its Quick Charge 3.0 and Power Delivery 2.0 capabilities. Additionally, it includes a specialized low-current charging mode for smaller, low-power devices like fitness trackers and wireless headphones, ensuring safe and optimized charging for these sensitive electronics. An LED indicator system provides a clear visual representation of the remaining battery level.

Usage Features:
- Charging the Power Bank: The PB-Y22 can be recharged using a USB-A to C cable (included), a Micro-USB cable, or a Lightning cable. Users connect the appropriate cable to a USB charger or charging port and then to the corresponding input port (USB-C, Micro-USB, or Lightning) on the power bank. It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use.
- Charging Your Device: To charge a device, connect its charging cable to the device's charging port and the other end to a USB output port on the PB-Y22. The device should be unplugged once fully charged.
- Battery Level Indicator: The power bank features four LED lights that indicate the remaining battery level:
- Four solid lights: 100%
- Three solid lights, one off: 75%
- Two solid lights, two off: 50%
- One solid light, three off: 25%
- Pressing the power button will display the current battery level.
- Low-Current Charging Mode: This mode is specifically designed for charging low-current devices (below 60mA), such as fitness trackers or wireless headphones, which might not charge effectively in standard mode.
- To enter or exit this mode, double-press the power button.
- While in low-current charging mode, the LED indicator lights will flash sequentially. When exiting, they will display the battery level.
- The power bank automatically switches back to standard charging mode and turns off after 2 hours in low-current mode.
- To end charging early, users can exit low-current charging mode. Extra charging in this mode will not harm the device's battery.
- USB Power Delivery (PD): This universal multi-voltage charging standard dynamically negotiates power output over a USB Type-C connection for safe and efficient recharging of compatible devices. To utilize USB PD, users need a device that supports USB PD, a USB-C charger with USB PD, and a USB-C to C cable.
- Quick Charge 3.0: This technology allows compatible devices to charge up to four times faster than conventional charging, being twice as fast as Quick Charge 1.0 and up to 38% more efficient than Quick Charge 2.0. It is backward-compatible with Quick Charge 2.0/1.0 devices.
Maintenance Features:
- Environmental Protection: Keep the power bank away from liquids and extreme heat to ensure its longevity and safe operation.
- Simultaneous Charging: Do not charge other devices while the power bank itself is being recharged.
- Regular Recharging: To maintain battery health, recharge the PB-Y22 at least once every 3 months, even if it's not being used.
- Disposal: Dispose of the battery according to local environmental laws and regulations.
- Input Limitations: The PB-Y22 does not support simultaneous power input from Micro-USB, Lightning, and USB-C ports. Only one input can be used at a time for recharging the power bank.
