use.
Auping uses high-grade, durable
materials. Each product is
manufactured with the utmost care
and rigorously inspected before it
leaves the factory.
Auping gives you a full 5-year
warranty against material or
manufacturing defects from the date
of purchase. There is also a 5-year
warranty which operates on a
depreciating basis on mattresses
and duvets. There is a
1-year warranty on pillows and bed
linen.
Our warranty includes the following:
in the event of material defects or
manufacturing defects, ‘Royal Auping
bv’ is obligated to rectify or
compensate such defects. A claim
on the warranty may only be made
with submission of the original
purchase invoice. Notification of a
warranty claim must be made to
your Auping supplier/dealer, who will
also bear the responsibility for the
handling and settlement of your
complaint.
