Why is my Avantco Merchandiser cabinet temperature too warm?

  Several factors can cause the cabinet temperature to be too warm. The thermostat might be set too high - try setting it to a lower temperature. Airflow could be blocked; ensure products are arranged to allow proper airflow, with at least four inches of clearance from the fan. Low refrigerant levels could also be the cause, in which case you should contact a service technician to check them. Lastly, make sure the door is completely closed, as a slightly ajar door can also lead to this issue.
