1.1.1 Bluetooth installation
The AvaSpec spectrometers with Bluetooth
®
wireless data transfer support are shipped with a
Bluesoleil BS001 USB dongle. The Bluetooth
®
drivers can be installed from the Avantes product CD-
ROM. This section describes how to setup Bluetooth
®
data communication with the AvaSpec-BT
spectrometer.
Install AvaSoft for USB2 spectrometers from the Avantes Product CD-ROM
Insert the Avantes Product CD-ROM in the CD drive of your PC,
install AvaSoft.
Install Bluetooth
®
drivers
-ROM. Click this option to install the Bluetooth
drivers for the BS001 USB dongle. After the installation has been completed you will be asked to
restart the computer. After the restart, insert the BS001 USB dongle.
