5. Use the following steps to secure the rack rails to the frame:
a. Orient the rack rail so that the end with the black latch is facing front.
b. Adjust the length of the rack rail so it fits the rack depth by loosening the two screws on
the rack rail, adjusting the length, and then tightening the screws.
