  If your avenli Swimming Pool Vacuum isn't picking up debris, several factors could be at play. First, the battery might be low; try fully charging it, which should allow for about 60 minutes of operation. Also, the impeller might be jammed. Turn off the cleaner and check the gap in the middle to see if anything is stuck. You can gently rotate the impeller to loosen it. Warning! Make sure the cleaner is powered off during this check. Lastly, the filter bag might be full, so detach the filter basket and bag to clean them.

  If your avenli Swimming Pool Vacuum cleaner isn't recharging, it could be due to a dead battery or a faulty charger. Contact your dealer for battery replacement. Warning! When replacing the battery, please contact the local dealers to purchase the original lithium battery in case that the electric cleaner is destroyed. Also contact your dealer for a proper transformer, as using the wrong charger can damage the cleaner or battery and void the warranty.

  Garbage may flow out from the transparent suction head of your avenli Swimming Pool Vacuum if the soft rubber of the rear impeller is broken. The soft rubber of rear impeller prevents garbage in the filter bag from flowing backwards into the impeller and the cover of the transparent suction head part.
