2. Open the seat post clamp, lower the seat, and close the seat post clamp.
3. Release the stem latch by pulling it away from the stem( see pictures below) and fold the stem down.
Note: To release the latch, pull the metal safety lock upwards while at the same time pulling the latch outwards.
