How to troubleshoot no audio from Aviom Mixer outputs?
    • J
      Juan PhillipsAug 15, 2025
If you're not getting any sound from your Aviom Mixer outputs, start by checking the levels on the main mixing board connected to the system. Also, inspect the cables and connections between the main mixer and the personal monitor system. The signal LEDs on the front of the input module can help you confirm if audio is being received. Try replacing the cables to eliminate them as a potential issue. Ensure that all channels and the master volume on the personal mixer are not set to zero. Finally, verify that the A-Net cables are correctly connected.

Why the A-Net LED is on but there is no sound from Aviom Mixer?
    • J
      James ParsonsAug 18, 2025
The A-Net Active LED indicates that the input to the receiving device is properly connected to another A-Net device. It doesn't guarantee that all devices in the system are correctly connected. If you have two Aviom Mixers connected, the second mixer's A-Net LED might light up simply because it's connected to the first. Ensure each device in the chain has a Category 5 cable plugged into it. Also, verify that the A-Net cables are connected in the correct order, with the cable from the first mixer connected to the A-Net In jack and subsequent devices connected from the Out of the previous device to the In of the next.

What to do if Aviom Mixer preset was not saved?
    • B
      Brian MerrittAug 21, 2025
If your Aviom Mixer isn't saving your Preset, ensure you're holding down both the RECALL and GROUP buttons before pressing a memory location button. The Preset saves when you release your finger from the memory location button. A successful save is indicated by all sixteen Channel LEDs flashing momentarily.

Why Aviom Mixer preset recalls channels in mono or linked incorrectly?
    • D
      Dean BauerAug 26, 2025
If you recall a Preset on your Aviom Mixer and the stereo link status is different from when it was saved, the Preset will adjust to match the current hardware settings on the input module's front panel, which are determined by the Link switches. To resolve this, simply change the position of the Link switch on the input module to match your desired stereo link setting. Your current mix will update immediately.

Why I can’t hear a Channel that is part of a Group on Aviom Mixer?
    • K
      Kim OchoaAug 28, 2025
If you can't hear a channel that's part of a Group on your Aviom Mixer, the Group might be muted. Check the lower (yellow) LED in the Channel buttons; a lit yellow LED indicates the Channel is muted. To unmute it, press the MUTE button while the Group is selected, ensuring the yellow LED is unlit. Also, the Channel volume might be too low. In Group edit mode, select the Channel and check the level using the LEDs in the Volume indicator. If no LEDs are lit, the Channel volume is all the way down. Adjust the volume using the Channel VOLUME knob, and re-save the Group and Preset if needed.

    • J
      Jose Cohen IVAug 31, 2025
If you're having trouble changing Presets on your Aviom Mixer, ensure that you've pressed the RECALL button. The RECALL button's LED will flash, indicating that you should press a numbered button to recall a Preset.

Why Aviom Mixer channel assigned to a Group suddenly changed?
    • J
      Justin RogersSep 4, 2025
If a Channel on your Aviom Mixer has been assigned to one Group and suddenly becomes part of a different Group, it's possible that channel characteristics changed when linking a pair of channels with the Link switch on the input module after a Group was created. Remember that the even-numbered channel (right side) will inherit the characteristics of the odd-numbered channel (left side), including volume, pan, mute status, and Group assignment.

    Jessica MathewsSep 7, 2025
Why in Group mode, I can’t select a new Channel on Aviom Mixer?
    • K
      Kenneth WilsonSep 7, 2025
If you're trying to select a new Channel in Group mode on your Aviom Mixer and nothing happens, it's likely that you've already defined the maximum of three Groups. The button press will be ignored if you attempt to create a new Group that exceeds this limit. To continue, edit or delete an existing Group.

    Sarah HarrisSep 12, 2025
Why when editing a Group with many Channels, all of the LEDs are pulsing on Aviom Mixer?
    • A
      alexanderharrisSep 12, 2025
This pulsing effect on the LEDs when editing a Group with many Channels on your Aviom Mixer is normal. It's due to the current-limiting circuit and doesn't indicate a problem.
