  The motor might not be turning due to several reasons: the battery may not be fully charged (charge the batteries), the transmitter battery might be low (install a fully charged battery), the motors might not be connected (check the connection between the ESC and motor), the motor could be damaged (replace the motor), the receiver might not be bound to the Tx (consult the radio manual and go through the bind procedure again), or the ESC might be in set-up mode (hold the model and move the throttle to full position then back down to idle).
