Using your system

Locking

Pressing for one second locks the doors and activates the optional Failsafe® Starter Kill (if installed). The parking lights flash once to confirm the system is locked.

Unlocking

Pressing for one second unlocks the doors. The parking lights flash twice to confirm the system is unlocked. The starter kill (if installed) is deactivated.

Disabling the system without a transmitter

To bypass the starter kill

Turn the ignition on. Press and release the Valet switch within 10 seconds. The status LED stops flashing and the vehicle starts.
