Start-Up – Short Instruction
Connecting refrigerant bottle CO2 (R744)
NOTE
The ADS 310/340 is suitable for standard refrigerant cylinders CO2 (R744) with standpipe (ADS 340: with and without
standpipe). The following bottle sizes can be used: 5 kg, 6 kg, 10 kg or 20 kg (ADS 340: to 30 kg). Required purity
equal or superior to carbon dioxide 3.0 (purity 99.9%).

Wear personal protective equipment - protective goggles, safety gloves and safety boots!
Always mechanically secure refrigerant bottle CO

(R744)!
1. Fix the fixing wheels.
Startup Wizard
After switching on for the first time, an automatic
Sequence that you follow through the steps
"Language setting", "Set date/time", "Zeroing the scale",
"Zeroing the pressure" and "bottle swap".
Filling the oil and UV additive tank
Note: UV additive container not with ADS 340!
1. Push the slotted nut on the fresh oil tank up a bit (fresh oil tank)
or down a bit (UV additive tank) and remove tank. Unscrew cover.
2. Fill with fresh oil (top tank) or UV additive (bottom tank).
3. Fit tank by pushing slotted nut up (down) a bit.
