SHORT INSTRUCTION
OBSERVE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS!
Wear personal protective equipment!
Turn on AVL DiTEST ADS 310/340;
self test runs automatically
Select "Automatic cycle" in the main menu
Enter parameters:
- Name of configuration
- Refrigerant amount [g]
- Oil amount [g]
- Oil injection mode [REC+/ABS/No]
- UV additive quandity [g] (not ADS 340)
- Evacuation time [min]
- Evacuation test time [min]
- Connection [LP / HP+LP]
- Pressure check [Off / 10% / 20%] (not ADS 340)
- Pressure check time [min] (not ADS 340)
- Pressure drop [mbar] (not ADS 340)
- Customer data
Check entries and confirm
Connect quick couplings with vehicle and confirm
Open gas flow of quick couplings
"Automatic cycle"
runs automatically
Automated cycle
- Safety check
- Release refrigerant
- Evaluation, vacuum
- Injection, Filling the air-conditioning unit
Close gas flow on the quick couplings and confirm. In AVL
DiTEST ADS 310/340 a hose emptying is performed.
Disconnect quick couplings from vehicle and confirm
Print report [yes/no]
