TROUBLESHOOTING
LOW WATER FLOW RATE
AND/OR OVERPRESSURE AT
THE FILTER 70 KPA HIGHER
SLOW FILTRATION CYCLE

NOT BEING CLEANED
1. Check that the water level in
the
prescribed level.

Check that the skimmer and
the pump pre-filter are clean.
3. Check that the water flow rate
in the inlet or outlet pipeline is
not restricted.
4.
Check that no air has been
taken in (water with bubbles
will come out of the return
nozzle).
5. Wash the filter sand.

If the defect persists, contact your dealer. Do not send the product to the manufacturer for repair without prior
written consent.
Mountfield explicitly states that it is not liable for any property damage caused by a defect of the product if the
defect is caused by improper maintenance, inexpert repair or repair made in contravention of the
manufacturer’s instructions, the use of spare parts other than original Mountfield ones, or failure to adhere to
the instructions contained in this Guide.
The above applies to any parts and accessories other than those recommended by Mountfield.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Mountfield guarantees that its products will operate without any material or manufacturing defect for a period
of two years after the sale date. Proof of purchase must be enclosed with any complaints. Therefore, retain
your receipt carefully.
The warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, of defective
products that were used for the prescribed purpose and in accordance with the user’s guide, without any
inexpert product repair and without the use of any non-original parts. Defects caused by frost or chemical
reactions are excluded from the warranty.
Mountfield is not liable for any additional costs (labour, transport, etc.) or any direct or indirect damage caused
by product defects.
Contact your dealer to initiate the complaint procedure and request product repair. Do not send the product
to the manufacturer for repair without prior written consent.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts.
