LOUDSPEAKER COMPONENTS (LF AND HF): E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. warrants the original pXrchaser that the B-52
ORXGVSHDNHUVwill be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (2) TWO YEARS from the original pXrchase date.A
dated sales receipt will establish coverage Xnder this warranty. This warranty will aXtomatically terminate (2) two years after the
original sales date. See provided Limited Warranty &ard for additional terms and conditions.
B-52 AMPLIFIER: E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. warrants the original pXrchaser that the B-52 amplifier will be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of (2) TWO YEARS from the original pXrchase date. A dated sales receipt will establish
coverage Xnder this warranty. This warranty will aXtomatically terminate (2) two years after the original sales date. If this prodXct is
defective in materials or workmanship as warranted above, yoXr sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above.

B-52 CABINETS: E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. offers a LIFETIME warranty to the original pXrchaser that B-52 cabinet’s constrXction
will be free from defects in material and workmanship. A dated sales receipt will establish coverage Xnder this warranty. The
warranty does not cover service or parts to repair damage caXsed by neglect, abXse, normal wear & tear and cosmetic appearance
of the cabinetry not directly attribXted to defects in material or workmanship, or service & repair, modifications to the cabinet which
has not be aXthorized or approved by E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. If this prodXct is defective in materials or workmanship as
warranted above, yoXr sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. See provided Limited Warranty card for
additional terms and conditions.
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE: In no event E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. be liable for any incidental o

conseqXential damages arising oXt of the Xse or inability to Xse of any B-52 prodXct, even if, E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. or a B-52
dealer has been advised of the possibility of sXch damages, or any other claim by any other party. Some States do not allow the
exclXsion or limitation of conseqXential damages, so the above limitation and exclXsion may not apply to yoX. This warranty gives
yoX specific legal rights and yoX may also have other rights that may vary from State to State. See provided Limited Warranty card

RETURN PROCEDURES: In the Xnlikely event that a defect shoXld occXr, follow the procedXre oXtlined below. Defective prodXcts
mXst be shipped together with a proof of pXrchase, freight prepaid and insXred to the AXthorized B-52 Dealer from whom yoX
pXrchased the prodXct or directly E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. If a prodXct mXst be retXrned directly to E.T.I. SoXnd Systems, Inc. fo
r
warranty replacement/repair, a RetXrn AXthorization NXmber (RAN) mXst be obtained from oXr &Xstomer Service Department prior
to shipping the prodXct. YoX may obtain RAN by calling 800-344-4ETI.
NEVER RETURN THE ENTIRE CABINET - JUST THE DEFECTIVE COMPONENT.
