Starting to use the bike
When you start riding the bike, always check that the battery connector is correctly
plugged in.
Turn the screen ON and select the power assistance mode.
Important: To use sport mode you need to be in the habit of riding a bike.
For your safety, you are advised to turn on the bike lights.
Starting to pedal. Power assistance will cut in as soon as the pedals start to turn.
Make sure that you use your gears when you ride. Your bike is equipped with a Nexus
derailleur which allows you to modify the gears very easily and with no risk of the chain
coming off, even when you stop.
Choose a gear from 1 to 3 for setting off and hills, and then gradually change up until
the gear which gives you the best performance in terms of speed per pedal rotation (up
to seventh gear).
