! Tips for use
Riding the cargo bike
Riding a 3-wheel cargo bike may take some ge  ng used to at fi rst, since steering is
diff erent than with a regular bicycle. It is in fact the cargo box that is steered from
le to right in a single mo on (the handlebars are, a er all, a ached to the cargo
box). Make sure to stay upright when riding the bike, also when turning corners.
Avoid “leaning into” the bend too much and keep both hands on the handlebars as

Tire pressure
In order to be able to ride your bike comfortably and lightly, the  re pressure
must be maintained at a value of 3.5 to 4 bars. The harder the  res, the more
comfortable and light the Babboe Curve cargo bike will feel as you ride it.
Lights
The Babboe Curve cargo bike is equipped with LED ligh ng on ba eries both at the
front and rear of the bike. The front lights are operated by means of a bu on on
top of the lights, through the hole at the front of the cargo box’s steps. The light can
be set to fl ash or give a con nuous beam. We recommend that you always use the
con nuous mode.
Available accessories
Various accessories are available for the Babboe Curve. Babboe is always looking
for functi onal and fun accessories. In additi on to fun and useful accessories, like
side bags or a child carrier holder, there are also other accessories available which
can extend the life of your cargo bike, such as for example a protecti ve cover for
the enti re bike. Please check the availability of accessories at your local Babboe
distributor.
Use of the rain tent
The Babboe Curve’s rain tent is designed specifi cally for this Babboe cargo bike
model. A achment of the rain tent requires it to be connected at several points to
the cargo box. Refer to the rain tent’s instruc ons for the proper a achment and
use of the rain tent.
A achment and use of the baggage carrier
The Babboe Curve is not standard-equipped with a baggage carrier. If you would like
a baggage carrier, these are available as an op onal accessory. The baggage carrier
is pre-fi  ed and therefore already equipped for a achment of a Bobike child seat at
the back. The total permi ed load is 25 kg.
