The Baby Brezza Formula Pro® Mini is an innovative appliance designed to simplify the process of preparing baby formula, offering parents a convenient and time-saving solution, especially for on-the-go use. This compact device automatically mixes, heats, and dispenses formula, ensuring a perfectly prepared bottle every time.
The Formula Pro® Mini functions as an automated formula dispenser and mixer. It stores formula powder in a dedicated container and water in a separate tank. When activated, it precisely measures the correct amount of powder and water, mixes them, and dispenses the warm formula directly into a baby bottle. The device is designed to work with various formula brands and types, with specific "powder settings" that ensure accurate powder-to-water ratios. It can dispense different ounce sizes of water, allowing parents to customize bottle preparation based on their baby's needs. The water temperature is maintained at body temperature, eliminating the need for manual heating or cooling. To begin using the Formula Pro® Mini, users first need to perform an initial setup and cleaning. This involves removing and washing the water tank, water tank lid, funnel, and funnel cover with warm soapy water, then rinsing and drying them thoroughly. The water tank is then filled with bottled water suitable for infant formula preparation or boiled water cooled to room temperature. It is crucial never to use boiling or hot water in the tank. Once the water tank is placed back on the base and the machine is plugged in, it will power on, and the LCD screen will light up. An initial rinse cycle is recommended to clean the inside of the machine by dispensing 10oz of water into a cup.

The assembly process involves placing the axle on the base, followed by the powder container with its printed markings facing forward. The measuring wheel is then fitted over the axle inside the powder container, ensuring its flat side faces down and the holes are correctly aligned. The locking cover with a silicone scraper is placed over the measuring wheel, with its front edge secured under a tab in the powder container. Finally, the stirring wheel is placed on the axle and pushed down until it clicks into place, ensuring it does not lift easily.

Additionally, the powder-dispensing hole on the underside of the powder container should be wiped with a dry paper towel or soft dry cloth. A spare funnel and funnel cover can be purchased to facilitate daily cleaning by allowing users to swap parts.
Monthly cleaning involves a more thorough process for all removable parts (except the base). This includes hand-washing the powder container parts, water tank, and lid with warm soapy water, rinsing, and drying them thoroughly.
Monthly descaling is also crucial to prevent mineral scale buildup in the water heater. This process involves removing the water tank, emptying it, and filling it with a descaling solution (Baby Brezza descaler or distilled vinegar) mixed with purified water. The machine then dispenses this solution in cycles, followed by a 4-hour resting period. After resting, the water tank is washed, rinsed, and refilled with purified water, and the machine runs several rinse cycles until the "Low Water" indicator turns on, signaling that rinsing is complete.
The Formula Pro® Mini also features warning symbols on its LCD display to alert users to various conditions that prevent operation, such as an open powder lid, low water level, a dirty funnel (after 4 bottles), or a funnel that is not fully inserted.
