What causes embroidery pattern to not sew out correctly on Baby Lock Sewing Machine?
- LLaurie DeanSep 12, 2025
Several factors can cause the embroidery pattern on your Baby Lock Sewing Machine to not sew out correctly. If the thread is tangled, use scissors to cut and remove it from the bobbin case. Ensure the fabric is correctly hooped in the embroidery frame. Always use a stabilizer material, especially with stretch, lightweight, or coarse fabrics. Make sure there are no objects near the machine that the frame could hit. Rehoop the fabric so excess fabric is away from the sewing arm. For heavy fabrics, place a thick book under the arm head to keep it level. Position the fabric so it doesn't hang off the table or get snagged. Be careful when removing or reattaching the embroidery frame during sewing.
