The Bacharach
®
CO
2
Monitor is a compact and lightweight carbon dioxide detecting and warning device that immediately
responds to excessive concentrations of CO
2
. The CO
2
monitor is based on the principle of infrared absorption and has two
pre-set alarm levels at 5,000 ppm and 10,000 ppm. When either of these levels is reached, audible and visual alarm signals
are activated, sounding until the CO
2
level drops below the lowest pre-set level.
When the Bacharach

Monitor is switched on, it will automatically begin storing information (time, date and
CO
2
levels) at 30 second intervals (optional software allows user selection of logging frequency).
