• Assemble with hardware as shown.
Parts needed:
• (2) G3 - PERGOLA BEAM - W101679
• (2) H5 - RAIL SUPPORT - W101710
• (2) G1 - GROUND BOARD - W101673
Step 3:
Pre-drill & attach 'G3' Pergola
Beam to 'B1' Post using Barrel Nuts 'E',
Washers 'AD' and Bolt 'M', as shown.

Hardware needed:
• (8) E - NUT BARREL WH 5/16x1-3/4 - H100007
• (8) AD - WASHER LOCK EXT 12x19 - H100031
• (16) AC - WASHER LOCK EXT 8x19 - H100030
• (8) M - BOLT WH 5/16x2-1/2 - H100014
• (12) S - BOLT WH 5/16x3-3/4 - H100019
• (12) BG - T-NUT 5/16 - H100074
• (4) AB - LAG SCREW WH 5/16x3 - H100029

Step 4:
Pre-drill & attach 'G3' Pergola
Beam to 'H1' & 'H2' Beam Supports
using Lag Screw 'AB' and Washers
'AC', as shown.°
Step 2: Attach 'H5' Rail Support to 'B1'
Post using T-Nuts 'BG', Washers 'AC'
and Bolt 'S', as shown.
Step 1: Attach 'G1' Ground Board to
'B1' Post using T-Nuts 'BG', Washers
'AC' and Bolt 'S', as shown.
Note: It is vital that the structure
be level before and after each
phase of assembly.
The pilot holes should be
located toward the ground.
To prevent board splitting, you
must pre-drill each board with
a 1/8" drill bit, before attaching.
