  If your BainUltra Controller bath won't start, first ensure the breaker is in the 'ON' position. If it still doesn't start, try shutting off and restarting the breaker. Ensure the bath is the only appliance connected to the circuit. Check for a short circuit between the bath and the breaker box. The breaker might be too sensitive, defective, or old; try a new breaker. For Canadian installations, check the junction box connections to the bath.

Why does my BainUltra Controller turbine stop working after a few minutes?

  If your BainUltra Controller turbine stops working after a few minutes, it might be due to insufficient air circulation. Ensure the turbine has sufficient ventilation and that the turbine intake is not obstructed. Also, check for turbine intake obstruction, excessive distance between the turbine and bath, too many directional changes (elbows), and ensure adequate piping has been used.

  If the air jets in your BainUltra Controller seem cool, check the turbine air intake. The air temperature should ideally be between 72°F (20°C) and 86°F (30°C). Also, ensure that the distance between the turbine and the bath is not too great and, if possible, insulate the air line along its entire length.

What to do if a few airjets of BainUltra Controller do not work at lowest speeds?

  Your BainUltra Controller bath is designed to work at a very low speed. Air jets in half-seat or those closest to drain in TMU models, especially larger models, may remain inactive at lowest speeds. This is normal and can be easily remedied by slowly raising speed to 'open' inactive air jets and then lowering it to desired level. Certain conditions may amplify this occurrence.
