    • V
      Valerie CollinsAug 1, 2025
If your Bair Hugger Food Warmer doesn't turn on, the issue might stem from several causes. First, check the power cord to ensure it is both undamaged and securely plugged into the outlet and the warming unit. Replace blown fuses, referring to the Power Fuse Replacement procedure. Inspect the connectors at the power entry module, making sure connector J1 is firmly seated (see Figure 10). Verify that the outlet has power. Finally, firmly seat the power module.

Why does my Bair Hugger Food Warmer heat only on some settings?
    • K
      katie14Aug 7, 2025
If your Bair Hugger Food Warmer heats at some temperature settings but not others, such as working on LOW but not HIGH, it could be due to a few reasons. Check for loose connections at J2 (See Figure 10) or loose wire connections at the desired heat setting. Also, the warming unit may have been in an overheat condition, causing the temperature to decrease. To resolve this, reattach any loose connections. Turn the warming unit OFF and then back ON.
