Periodic maintenance
For parts other than the crumb catcher, periodically perform maintenance according to the table and
procedure below. When the inside of the toaster is stained, it may cause uneven toasting and other
issues.

Maintenance procedure for the main unit and the inside
Soak a soft cloth or the like in diluted dishwashing detergent (neutral) and wring it out thoroughly. Use
the cloth to wipe the unit. Then, wipe the unit with water and dry it thoroughly.
Do not splash water directly on the unit, and use a squeezed cloth to perform
maintenance.
Doing so may cause electric shock.
Take care not to touch the heater tubes.
Failing to do so may break the heater tubes, causing injury.
