Limited warranty and after-sales service
To ensure that you receive the best support and service, please complete the product user registration.
1) The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
2) Product must be purchased from BALMUDA authorised distributor or dealer in Singapore or Malaysia.
3) Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (including purchase receipt and delivery slip) from an
authorised distributor or dealer in Singapore or Malaysia. Proof of purchase must be presented for any product
warranty claim. After-sales service will not be available if proof of purchase is not provided.
4) The product warranty covers parts and labour excluding accessories and transportation.
5) This product is designed to operate with 220 V AC in Singapore and Malaysia only. The product cannot be
operated outside Singapore and Malaysia where the power supply voltage or frequency is dierent.
