Power cord
Do not disconnect or insert the
power plug with a wet hand.
Doing so may cause electric shock.
Do not use the product while the
power cord is under strain.
Do not do any of the following, as this
may cause the power cord to overheat
and catch re:
Scratch, modify, bend, pull, step
on, or twist the cord or place it near
heating devices. Do not place heavy
items on the cord, or use it while it is
bundled.
Use a dedicated outlet with a
rated current of 6.2 A or more at
220 V AC.
Using an outlet that does not meet the
rating or sharing an outlet with other
appliances may cause re due to heat.
Insert the power plug fully into
the outlet.
If the power plug is inserted incorrectly,
it may cause electric shock or cause
re due to heat.
To disconnect the power cord,
hold the power plug, not the
power cord, and pull it out.
Failing to do so may cause electric
shock or re due to short circuit.
Usage
Do not disassemble, repair, or
modify the product.
Doing so may cause re or malfunction.
Please contact BALMUDA Support
(P.29) for repair.
Do not clean the main unit with
water. Do not cover or splash the
product with water. Do not use
the product outdoors.
Doing so may cause electric shock,
re, or malfunction.
Do not use the product outside
Singapore and Malaysia.
Doing so may cause re or malfunction.
Do not use the product for
purposes other than those
recommended in this Instruction
Manual and by BALMUDA.
Doing so may cause re or electric
shock.
Do not splash terminal parts,
such as the power plug, with
liquid.
Doing so may cause re or malfunction.
Do not carry or incline the main
unit while water remains in the
boiler section.
Water may spill, causing burns or
electric shock.
To check whether water is in the boiler
section, wait for the main unit to cool
down and then remove the boiler cover.
If water remains, wipe it o with a dry
cloth.
