This document is an owner's manual for a motorized treadmill.

Function Description

The motorized treadmill is designed for home use to provide a platform for walking and running exercise. It allows users to engage in physical activity indoors, offering various speed settings and pre-programmed workouts. The treadmill includes a console for displaying exercise data, handlebar pulse sensors for heart rate monitoring, and a Bluetooth audio system for entertainment during workouts. It also features a folding design for storage and wheels for easy mobility.

  • Power Requirement: 220 voltage with grounding.
  • Speed Range: 1.0 km/h to 10 km/h, adjustable in 0.1 km/h increments.
  • Heart Rate Range: 40 to 199 beats per minute (BPM) via handlebar pulse sensors.
  • Workout Time Range (Program Mode): 8:00 to 99:00 minutes.
  • Program Intervals: 20 sections per workout.

Usage Features

  • Start-up: Connect the power cord, press the power switch, and place the safety key on the console. The treadmill starts after a 5-second countdown at 1.0 km/h.
  • Speed Adjustment: Use the "+" or "-" keys on the console to increase or decrease running speed.
  • Emergency Stop: Pull off the safety key to stop the treadmill immediately.
  • Manual Mode: Allows users to start and stop the treadmill and adjust speed manually.
  • Program Mode: Offers 12 pre-set programs (P1-P12) with varying intensity levels. Users can select a program and set a desired workout time.
  • Display: The console displays SPEED, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE, PULSE, and PROGRAM data.
  • Heart Rate Monitoring: Grab both left and right handlebar pulse sensors for 5 seconds to display heart rate.
  • Folding and Unfolding: The treadmill can be folded up for storage by lifting the deck until it locks into position. To unfold, pull the cylinder to release the lock. Users are advised to maintain a firm hold during this process.
  • Mobility: Equipped with wheels for easy movement once folded.
  • Safety Precautions:
    • Always stand on the side rails when starting the treadmill.
    • Ensure the safety key is properly attached before starting and during use.
    • Start at the lowest speed and increase gradually.
    • Do not adjust the running belt while in use.
    • Warm-up and cool-down sessions are recommended.
    • Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially for individuals over 35 or with pre-existing health problems.
    • Keep children and pets away from the equipment.
    • Wear appropriate athletic clothing; avoid loose clothing.
    • Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened.

Maintenance Features

  • Regular Inspection: Inspect the product regularly (at least once a week) for damage and wear, including nuts, bolts, moving parts, bushes, wheels, bearings, and connection points.
  • Cleaning: After each use, clean the machine with a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or splash water/fluid on the equipment. Avoid wet cleaning of electrical components.
  • Storage: Store the treadmill in a clean, dry environment with the power switch off and unplugged.
  • Lubrication: The treadmill is pre-lubricated with silicone oil. Re-lubricate with the provided "Silicone Oil" if resistance increases or the running belt rubs against the deck. Allow one minute for the oil to set before use. Only use "Silicone Oil" lubricants; do not over-lubricate.
  • Running Belt Adjustment: Instructions are provided for adjusting the running belt if it deflects to the right or left, or if it slips or is too tight. Adjustments involve turning bolts clockwise or anti-clockwise using an allen key.
  • Defective Parts: Defective parts should be replaced immediately, and the equipment should not be used until repaired.
  • Recommended Usage: Suggested usage is 1 hour per day. If not used often, maintain the machine every 30 days.
  • Grounding: The product must be properly grounded to reduce the risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician if in doubt.
