Fan does not work properly
• Batteries almost empty or inserted incorrectly
• Fan is damaged
• Fan is stuck
• Replace batteries or re-insert batteries
• Order new fan. See “8.6 Ordering spare parts”
• Free the fan
Metal component deformed Exposure to fire or intense heat Some deformation is normal and does not require
any actions. If the component is deformed too
much, order a spare part. See “8.6 Ordering spare
parts”.
Flames in the charcoal
container
• Too many firelighters
• Food too greasy
• Just wait, the flames will go away after a few
minutes
• Remove excess oil or trim excess fat from your
food
