4. Place the second row of firebrick
as indicated. Using a rubber mallet,
tap quarry stone to tightly fit against
firebrick.
2 ½”x9”x4 ½” firebrick (8)
2 ½”x3 ½”x4 ½” firebrick (2)
5. Repeat patterns from steps 1-4 of
section B to a height of 5 layers.
6. Lay out the sixth layer of the wall
surround as indicated in the diagram.
