Clean guide rods with a lint-free cloth and apply a thin layer of silicon lubricant (Part # BFH-50262) to each guide rod. This will
ensure a glass smooth performance from your weight stack.

Record your serial number on the front of this manual and keep
for your records. The serial number can be found on the back of
the cage as seen in the figure.
