PROGRAMMING THE RADIUS FACTOR
After selecting the unit – m or km – and pressing t he SET key for confirmation, the computer changes
automatically to the setting mode for the radius factor. Factory setting is 2155 mm and/or 84.8 inches.
STEP 1 Set the blinking figure by means of the MODE key.

STEP 2 Confirm the setting by means of the SET key. ===> The next figure is blinking.
STEP 3 Repeat the setting until all figures are set correctly.
STEP 4 Press the SET key for approximately 3 seconds in or der to finish the setting procedure and to return to
the TRP display.
SETTING THE TIME
The VDO A4 has got a 24 hours time display.
STEP 1 Press the SET key in CLK mode for 3 seconds. Now your computer changes automatically to the time
setting mode.
STEP 2 Set the blinking hours by means of the MODE key. Confirm your setting by means of the SET key.
===> The minute figures are blinking.
STEP 3 Set the blinking minutes by means of the MODE key. (Keep the key pressed for fast run).
STEP 4 Keep the SET key pressed for approx. 3 seconds in order to finish the setting procedure and to return
to the CLK display.
