1. Why the probes display inaccurate temperature? Such as 572F or display ‘——‘?
Answer: First please check the probes whether firmly inserted in the unit and make sure no gaps.
Customers really need push it hard in. Then change probes to insert in different ports to check if the
probe itself has problem. Please make sure your probes firmly inserted, otherwise will display’—–‘
even if the cell phone pair with Bluetooth successfully.
