USE GRILL/ROTISSERIE FUNCTION
We recommend that you do not cook pieces of meat over 1,8-2,25kg on the grill
skewer. Chicken parts should be tied together with string to prevent the legs or wings
from falling apart during grilling and to ensure that the skewer rotates smoothly. For
best results, it is recommended to preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
Procedure:
Set the temperature control to the desired temperature.
Place the poultry you will be cooking on the skewer of the grill skewer. Make sure
the meat or poultry is secured with the skewer clams and wing screws. Make sure
the meat or poultry is centered on the skewer.
Insert the pointed end of the grill skewer into the drive opening on the right side of
the oven wall. Make sure the square end of the grill skewer carrier located on the
left side of the oven wall.
Slide the baking tray to the lowest position to collect the moisture from the food.
Set the function control to the lower and upper heating element grill or to the upper
and lower heating element + convection + grill position.
Set the time to the desired cooking time.
When cooking is finished, the oven bell rings, turn the function control off.
Remove the grill skewer from the oven by placing the hooks on the grill skewer
handle under the grooves on either side of the spit, lift the left side of the skewer
first and then remove it. Then pull the skewer out of the drive opening and carefully
remove the meat from the oven.
Remove the meat or poultry from the grill skewer and place it on a cutting board or
dish.
USING CONVECTION
In convection cooking, the movement of hot air by means of a fan is combined with
convectional functions ( roasting, baking and reheating). Convection cooking in many
cases results in faster cooking than regular grill ovens with radiant heat. The fan
sends gentle air to every part of the food, which quickly browns and crisps, keeping
moisture and flavor inside.
It produces a more even temperature around the food due to the air movement, so
food cooks/bakes/grills evenly compared to normal ovens with hot and cold sections.
The convection function allows cooking/baking at lower temperatures, saving energy
and keeping the kitchen cooler. The convection air is heated to a high level and
circulates around the food, so that the food cooks significantly faster than convection
ovens. The convection fan works when the convection and grill knob is in the
convection position. When the desired temperature and function have been selected,
set the timer to the desired position. The convection fan starts working.
