  • TIME Button: Increases or decreases the duration of the massage. Starts at 15 minutes and can be increased by 5-minute increments up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • DIRECTION Button: Changes the roller's rotation between clockwise and counter-clockwise.

Remote Control Functions:

  • ON/OFF: Turns the product on or off. Default start time is 15 minutes.

  • Damage Verification: Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure the item is not damaged prior to its return. Items are not considered undamaged until received and verified by BCP. All damages to items are the customer's responsibility until acknowledged by BCP as undamaged.
