Connect rear struts (C) to both ends of the rear axle frame (B).
Assemble yoke (D), front axle (J), and center brace (K) using specified hardware.
Attach front panel (G), side panels (I), and rear panel (H) to the bottom frame (A).
Attach the assembled frame structure to the bottom frame (A) using bolts and nuts.
Connect the handle coupler (8) and handle (E) to the yoke (D).
Attach wheels (F) to axles and inflate tires to 25 PSI.
