When the dehumidifier is not in use, it should be disconnected from the
mains supply.
Use water and mild detergents for cleaning. Do not use bleach or
abrasives to clean the appliance.
Only use a damp cloth for cleaning. The dehumidifier must not be exposed
to water jets or splashing water, as this can lead to poorer insulation or
damage to the electronics.
To clean the air inlet and outlet openings, use a soft brush or paintbrush.
Clean the water tank regularly to
avoid mould in the humidifier.
Clean the plastic surface of the unit
carefully with a damp cloth and use
only very mild cleaning agents and no
abrasives or bleach to avoid
scratches or damage.
Clean the filter frame with warm water
at least every 2 weeks.
Cleaning the Filter
The filter is located behind the rear intake grille. Remove the intake grille
from the dehumidifier and remove the filter.
Use a hoover with a soft brush attachment to remove large debris and dust
deposits.
