When used with drain hose with pump function
•
For use with the pump function, connect a 5 mm diameter drain hose.
•
On the back, you will find the water outlet. Remove the plug.
•
Attach one end of the drain hose to the drain hole.
•
direct the other end of the hose to a drain.
Note:
•
Make sure that the hose connection is tight.
•
Make sure that the water hose is inclined downwards and has no kinks so
that the water can drain off.
•
When draining the water via the hose into an external water tank, do not
dip the other end into the already drained water.
•
To improve the water drainage process, place the appliance in an elevated
position.
•
Use a short hose. If the hose is too long, there is a possibility that the water
will not drain completely. Standing water in the hose can lead to mould.
•
When the drain is not in use, remove the drain hose from the outlet and
close it again. The water will then run back into the internal water tank.
Maintenance
•
For maintenance of the unit, switch off the unit and disconnect it from the
Power Outlet.
