7.2 Alarm seng
Seng the alarm
Press the "ALARM" buon for about 2 seconds ll "Alarm 1" starts ashing. You
can make the desired sengs using the "CH/+" and "
_
" buons. Then press the
"ALARM" buon again to save the alarm seng. "Alarm 2" starts ashing subse-
quently. Set it as desired and conrm by pressing the "ALARM" buon. The alarm
is acvated automacally aer seng the alarm me.
Turning the alarm on / o
There is a "ALARM 1 ON / OFF" and "ALARM 2 ON / OFF" switch on the side of
the device. You can turn Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 on and o using this switch.
Switching o the alarm
When the alarm is acvated at the congured me, the backlight also turns on
automacally. The alarm is acve for 2 minutes before it turns o automacally.
Press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" buon to cancel the alarm. If a snooze symbol is shown
on the display, this means that the snooze funcon is acvated and the alarm will
go o again in 5 minutes.
Press and hold the "Snooze / Light" buon. The alarm will go o again on the next
day at the same me. Alternavely, set the "Alarm" switch to "OFF" posion to
turn o the alarm.
7.3 Backlight
Move the "Backlight" switch to the desired posion:
• AUTO = Backlight automacally
• LO = Backlight level 1
• HI = Backlight level 2
If the device is used without the power adapter and exclusively with baeries,
the backlight is acvated only when you press the "ALARM / SNOOZE" buon.
The backlight turns o again aer 5 seconds.
