8.2 Temperature alarm
It is possible to dene a temperature range for the outdoor sensor and for the
indoor temperature. With the temperature alarm, the base staon will sound an
alarm if the reading is outside this temperature range.
1. Press the "MODE" buon 4 mes consecuvely in the default screen, so
that only the indoor and the outdoor temperatures are displayed. Then
press and hold the "SET" buon for about 2-3 seconds unl the tempera-
ture to be congured starts ashing.
2. Then press the "UP" or the "DOWN" buon to select the minimum tem-
perature of the desired range (LO). Conrm the value by pressing the "SET"
buon.
3. You can then select between "ON" and "OFF". This selecon opon
determines whether the corresponding alarm should be switched on or o.
Conrm your selecon using the "SET" buon.
4. Then press the "UP" or the "DOWN" buon to select the maximum tem-
perature of the desired range (HI). Conrm the value by pressing the "SET"
buon.
5. You can then select between "ON" and "OFF". This selecon opon
determines whether the corresponding alarm should be switched on or o.
Conrm your selecon using the "SET" buon.
6. Aer conguring the outdoor sensor, you can dene the newly congured
values for the indoor temperature as well. Repeat the previous steps for
the indoor temperature for your desired temperature values.
If the outdoor sensor measures a temperature outside the previously congured
range, an alarm is emied for about one minute from the base staon. This alarm
can be muted by pressing a buon on the weather staon. The temperature
which triggered the alarm will start ashing in the display.
To turn o the temperature alarm, go to the temperature alarm sengs. Aer
selecng the temperature for the corresponding alarm, you must select "OFF"
(see above, paragraph 3).
