8.2 Temperature alarm
It is possible to dene a temperature range for the outdoor sensor and for the
indoor temperature. With the temperature alarm, the base staon will sound an
alarm if the reading is outside this temperature range.
1. Press the "MODE" buon 4 mes consecuvely in the default screen, so
that only the indoor and the outdoor temperatures are displayed. Then
press and hold the "SET" buon for about 2-3 seconds unl the tempera-
ture to be congured starts ashing.
2. Then press the "UP" or the "DOWN" buon to select the minimum tem-
perature of the desired range (LO). Conrm the value by pressing the "SET"
buon.
3. You can then select between "ON" and "OFF". This selecon opon
determines whether the corresponding alarm should be switched on or o.
Conrm your selecon using the "SET" buon.
4. Then press the "UP" or the "DOWN" buon to select the maximum tem-
perature of the desired range (HI). Conrm the value by pressing the "SET"
buon.
5. You can then select between "ON" and "OFF". This selecon opon
determines whether the corresponding alarm should be switched on or o.
Conrm your selecon using the "SET" buon.
6. Aer conguring the outdoor sensor, you can dene the newly congured
values for the indoor temperature as well. Repeat the previous steps for
the indoor temperature for your desired temperature values.
If the outdoor sensor measures a temperature outside the previously congured
range, an alarm is emied for about one minute from the base staon. This alarm
can be muted by pressing a buon on the weather staon. The temperature
which triggered the alarm will start ashing in the display.
To turn o the temperature alarm, go to the temperature alarm sengs. Aer
selecng the temperature for the corresponding alarm, you must select "OFF"
(see above, paragraph 3).
