How to reset BEC Gateway password?
If you've forgotten your BEC Gateway login username or password, first try the default username "admin" and password "admin". If that doesn't work, restore your Gateway to its factory settings by pressing the reset button on the rear side of the device.
Why does my BEC 8920AC frequently disconnect?
Frequent disconnections of your BEC Gateway can be caused by missing or incorrectly installed line filters.
