Control the appliance using the rotary knob (8) to OFF, WARM, HOT, or BOIL positions.
Fill with water, place teapot, and select desired temperature via rotary knob (8) for boiling or intermittent heat.
Turn knob to OFF, allow cooling, then refill with water. Avoid scalding from steam.
