Turn over the top panel to gain access to the bottom surface of the printed circuit board (pcb). Be careful not to strain
the ribbon cables. Use the cardboard to protect the top panel.
Caution:
Make sure that the circuit board is not touching any bare metal that may cause a short circuit and damage the unit.
Do not touch the circuit board while the unit is powered up.
Remove the 8 screws holding the top panel to the chassis.
Preparation
Remove all cables and connections to the unit.
Carefully connect the power and turn on the unit.
Leave the unit turned on for approximately 30 minutes.

Follow all steps in the order in which they are presented.
